BECOME A PRODUCER

ANYONE can be a movie producer on this film

The quickest way I will raise the money needed is if particularly generous, wealthy people donate large sums of money. I welcome and encourage this scenario. In return for large contributions, I'm offering various producers credits.

Associate Producer
If you contribute US$1,000 or over, you will become an Associate Producer. A separate credits page in the end credits will list the Associate Producers in the same manor as the key creative positions, e.g. Director of Photography, Editors, Casting Director, etc. I will add your name to the credits on the website. On the Internet Movie Database listing for Sphinx, your Associate Producer credit will be included, which will give you your own professional profile page.

Producer
If you contribute US$10.000 or over, I'll make you a Producer. There will be a separate credits page in the end credits for an Executive Producer. In the event that there are more than one Producers, you will have an individual page each. These will screen directly after the full Producers on set. I will add your name to the credits on the website. On the Internet Movie Database listing for Sphinx, your Producer credit will be included, which will give you your own professional profile page.

Investor/Producer/Executive Producer

If you don't know about the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) you should go to www.imdb.com. It is the best and most comprehensive movie website on the net.

Financial Returns
One thing I am unable to do is offer any financial return to contributors, even substantial ones. Any profit Sphinx makes is already signed away to the cast and crew. They all will work for free and if it does ever make money, it needs to go to them. However, if you are an investor and are interested in funding this film with a higher amount of money, so essentials costs for cast/crew and production will be covered, you will hold the rights to the finished project. I also have other projects in the line, in case you'd be interested as investor on those. The same terms and conditions apply as with smaller contributions.

ONCE THE FILM IS FINISHED

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MADE THE CONTRIBUTION:

We will launch a private secure website where you 'as the contributor' will get a USERNAME and PASSWORD. The site will show the exact progress of the project. You will be informed about the stages, get first information and pictures about what is going on with the film. As contributor you will also be able to see who is involved and we will most likely post first clips on this new website. In addition you will also be added to a mailing list that sends out regular updates on the project.

ESTIMATES: We are looking to start production in summer 2008 with filming in fall of 2008 and editing in winter 2008. We will do our best to finish the entire project by spring/summer 2009. After that we are planning a premiere where you will be invited.
